Chapter 1 Fact-Checking of Claims

Politics is a field which gives leaders who rule and govern the citizens of a nation. That's its plus point. But its minus point it's a vicious field too which is full of liars and crooked people. Some politicians have the ability to lie so confidently that 9 out of 10 people will consider their lies as truths. They are capable to keep their body language so very intact and powerful while delivering a gross, disgusting lie in public that when their lie gets uncovered, one feels a huge sense of hatred for them. But luckily in these times, we do have certain standard equipments to fathom out their lies, howsoever hard they try to hide them. You guys know it as "Fact-checking". It's like a refinery which refines crude oil and gives refined oil as a product. So let's first do this refining process right in the beginning itself.

It's no surprise that the two main rivals viz. Trump and Biden never miss a chance to call each other "a liar". In his rally at Philadelphia, Trump called Biden, the worst liar and the worst President. According to him, most of what Biden says are lies!! So let's fact-check what Biden has been saying ever since he announced that he is running again, one by one:-

1) Bidenomics:

-----------------------

President Joe Biden puts forward this particular term in a very positive manner whenever he is asking for his re-election. He feels that he has done a lot in improving the overall economy of America as well as in lifting the living standards of American citizens. But it does not look like that in reality. The inflation which affects the prices of daily essentials went up to as high as 9% immediately after Russia invaded Ukraine on 24th February, 2022. The prices of gas(petrol) and diesel skyrocketed all over the globe and also in the US. Then they have settled down everywhere else back to the levels that existed before the Russia-Ukraine war. But here in the US, it took a lot of time for them to return back to original levels and yet they haven't gone back to those previous levels. An average middle class American is definitely finding it much harder to make his two ends meet than what he used to when Trump was President and that's a fact. Here is the relevant data:
